Stock-related procedures

Please carry out the following procedures relating to stocks through the account management institution (securities company, etc.) where you (the shareholder) have opened an account.

• Change of address
• Registration of transfer of shares
• Change of seal
• Designation or change of account for deposit of dividends
• Requests to purchase less than one unit, request for additional purchase
• Procedure for transfer from special account(*)

Other procedures

Also, please carry out the following procedures through Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, the administrator of the shareholder registry.

• Procedures concerning shares managed in a special account(*)/li>
• Procedures for undelivered or lost dividend receipts
• Payment of unreceived dividends (those within 3 years after the start of payments)

*A "special account" is an account opened to manage shares not deposited with the Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc. (Hofuri), even after switching to the Electronic Share Certificate System on January 5, 2009. Also, the special account for SENKO Group Holdings is opened at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.
